Zoe Couacaud is a documentary filmmaker with a passion for educating people about the history, beauty and diversity of the world in which we live. As a contributor to National Geographic, PBS, Smithsonian, Discovery, and History channels, she believes that visual storytelling can be a powerful vehicle for social change. 

 

Zoe also believes that as individuals we can all make an important contribution to the healthy development of our community’s youth and for the past 15 years has served as an advocate and mentor for at-risk youth. Zoe is passionate about her work as a CASA and looks forward to supporting CASA DC’s mission as a member of the Professionals Council for the 2021-2022 term.
