Beth Yoder is Founder and CEO of P3Hired and brings 20+ years of national talent acquisition experience across corporate, nonprofit, and high-growth organizations. A former ARAMARK HR and Talent leader, she launched P3Hired in 2012 to help companies attract top talent through a consultative, values-driven process.

 

She partners with organizations to align talent with mission and culture. Based in Arlington, she actively supports workforce, youth, and community initiatives.
