Amada Crespin, MSL
Amada Crespin, MSL, received her degree from University of Pittsburgh School of Law (Pitt Law) and is currently pursuing her MS and PhD in Justice & Public Policy at American University. Before coming to work for CASA DC, Amada was a CASA herself for 5 years in Allegheny County and Southern Maryland, where she was also a CASA Supervisor. Amada has worked in a variety of settings including a residential facility, inpatient hospital and juvenile detention center. Amada enjoys working for CASA because she believes that the work her CASAs do is critical to each case and as a CASA Supervisor, she wants to help CASAs provide high-quality advocacy.
Amada recently took over the HOPE Court program, working with human trafficking and exploitation cases.
Outside of work, you can find Amada training for a half marathon, hanging out with her friends or spending time with her puggle/boxer pup.
